End violence against women
The team of the Luxembourg Embassy in Athens joined the « Orange week » campaign to « End violence against women! »
25 November is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women an launches a 16 days period of activities against gender-based violence, concluding with the International Human Rights Day. This reinforces that eliminating all forms of violence against women is a human rights issue and the act of perpetrating violence against women is a human rights violation.
