From 19 to 31 July 2025, the Kythnos Town Hall hosted the photo and video exhibition “Θραύσματα / Fragments” by Luxembourg-based Greek artist Maria Bourbou, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Luxembourg, of the Kultur|lx and under the auspices of the Embassy of Luxembourg in Athens.

Presented under the “Bridges of Culture” initiative and the Kythniale program—a platform promoting artistic collaboration—the exhibition featured carefully composed works combining photography, video, sound, and text. Bourbou’s gentle and reflective approach explored themes of memory, nature, and human presence.

The exhibition attracted both locals and visitors, offering a meaningful artistic experience and celebrating the creative ties between Luxembourg and Greece.
