Σήμερα είχα την τιμή να υποδεχθώ στη Βουλή, ως μέλος της Επιτροπής Φιλίας Ελλάδας - Λουξεμβούργου, το νέο πρέσβη της χώρας στην Αθήνα κ. Paul Schmit. Η πρωτεύουσα αυτού του μικρού αλλά πολύ ισχυρού οικονομικά κράτους της Κεντρικής Ευρώπης αποτελεί μια από τις τρεις πρωτεύουσες της Ε.Ε. (μαζί με το Στρασβούργο και τις Βρυξέλλες) και έδρα του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικαστηρίου (ΕΔΔ). Στο επίκεντρο της συζήτησης η σύσφιξη των σχέσεων μεταξύ των χωρών μας και η πύκνωση των αεροπορικών δρομολογίων μεταξύ Λουξεμβούργου και Αθήνας, πράγμα αναγκαίο κυρίως για λόγους τουριστικούς.
