Luxembourg at the Athens International Children’s Film Festival - ATHICFF 2025
The Embassy of Luxembourg participated in the 8th Athens International Children’s Film Festival (ATHICFF), a vibrant celebration of creativity and cultural exchange for young audiences, which took place 10–16 November 2025 in Athens, Attica.
With the support of Film Fund Luxembourg, Luxembourg projected two films: Benjamin Bat presented with live dubbing, performed by actors Athina Moustaka & Fotini Atheridou, and The Secret Floor, bringing inspiring stories to the festival’s program.
ATHICFF featured international film screenings and interactive workshops, welcoming over 10,000 attendees. More than 2,000 students from schools across Attica also joined special school screenings and educational programs, which will continue throughout the year. The festival introduced inclusive initiatives such as “All in the Frame,” a new program launched by ATHICFF under the auspices of the Hellenic Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with the City of Athens Culture, Sports & Youth Organization (OPANDA), promoting inclusion and accessibility in audiovisual media.
